Rattle in the dashboard over 50 mph !

Hello!
First please excuse my bad english!
So ...i have bought a leon mk2 over 2 months ago and from the very begining it has a noise in the left side of the dashboard under it. So...it appears on 50 mph disapear at over 90 mph. It is continuous and it is not influnenced by the quality of the road.
It sound like a continuously metal buzz. It may be something influenced by the wind ...
I don't know what to do..i'm desperate. Please help!

In fact ...all users with same problem here in Romania from the vwforum thaks you!!
I've read the topics above but i could't understand how the noise was in the oposite place. But in the UK you have the wheel on the right...
Silly me!

Now remains the question: What do the other cars without this noise have more than mine or yours? Where is the missing "thing" ?

I rekon its the person in the production line, he/she tightens the same parts many times a day and is slack at it, Seat need to monitor his work and action accordingly lol.
