Love the photos ! Are those wheels the standard 18" DEFIER ones and is there an aerodynamic cover over the alloy ?

Thanks, cracking car you will love it! They are standard alloy wheels not an aero cover. One of the nicer looking available wheels and suit the car well. They also give the best ride firm but soak up our moon surface type roads very well too the bonus being harder to curb.

An OTA update is happening as I type this.
The car advised this will take 50 minutes, during which time I mustn't touch it. On pressing OK to accept, exit vehicle, lock the doors (don't leave any persons or pets in there), come back in an hour.
Exciting, isn't it!!

Mine went all ok the second time of trying but car worked better with the old 6.0.0
Keep loosing Wi-Fi connection so cannot use app on phone to preheat in the morning.
When you power the car up it connects again. I think it is switching off when the car goes to sleep when left over night.
Now my id buzz is playing up after big update so not having much luck at the moment.
Just got the Cupra app working with apple car play. It does give a few good controls with in car play.
You can set two favourite climate set ups which is handy i have one with it set to off.

Update was to 60.0.1. It completed in the time advertised, then the system rebooted itself, doesn't seem to have lost any personalisation settings and the digital key is still working. Sat Nav restarted and correctly placed us on the map, Android Auto and the S23 phone all connected back up.
Going for a drive this lunchtime so it will get an hour or so run time.

So far so good!

Still working - yay!
Also discovered that there are settings to enable climate control upon unlocking the car - this was set to ON, with air conditioning and the heated steering wheel but not the seats. This explains why the last few days (its been cooler outside) that the wheel was on when getting in. It may also explain why it appeared to turn on the wheel when putting on the mirror heaters - as usually the sequence was get in - notice fogged mirrors so activate, then grab the wheel to move off. The wheel was therefore heating from unlock.

Have also proven that the phone - S23 std, does NOT have UWB but will still open and start the car using NFC. You just have to put the phone on the trailing end of the front door handle to unlock, then drop it into the charging tray to start the car. So it is feasible to use the phone as a key provided you get close before unlocking (or unlock via the app from afar).

We are 1000 miles in now. A full 100% charge is reporting circa 215 miles range, a mix of country A and B roads and a bit of dual carriageway is returning about that quite accurately.
