I have a Toledo 1.9 tdi 2003-2004 does anyone know a good place to get the Re-map done up North, (Manchester,Rochdale way) and how much it should be

Did you feel the difference, i know to a point you will but does it feel alot faster and more powerfull getting this done. And what else could i do to it to get it up to 170 bhp.
oh yes! big difference.
power increase all through the rev band. turbo cut in earlier, no lag, and it revved to the redline very freely.
overtaking ability was awesome.
to get to 170bhp will be costly. You will need a new clutch as the standard clutch is rated to about 250/260 lbs/ft.
Then a turbo of a PD130/150 and uprated injectors to get the fuel in.

Thats why I replaced it with a toledo PD130. More tuning potential. Already at 175bhp after a remap.....
I must have just missed mine is a 2003, still goes but i need it to go faster. Need to find some 18" wheels now to make it look the part.

Cheers for that mate had it done now and the difference is great, seems to kick in so more faster now and just keeps on going. I need you guys to tell me what else i can do to it now. Bigger turbo maybe injectors.????
