Rear bumper, how to remove?

Hi all,

I have some rust on the back right corner close to, and maybe under, the rear bumper. How do I remove the bumper? Or even better can I just loosen it a bit, just enough to have space to remove the rust and paint it?

I've seen a few threads about removing the bumper but they all lack pictures.

It's a Seat Leon 1.6 Stella 2001.

Though I find it a bit difficult to see whats what on the 2nd pic there. But I'll figure it out
Too bad there's no Haynes manual for this car...

There is no Haynes, but the Golf 4 is available and almost identical.

Allright, maybe I shoud invest in the Golf 4 Haynes manual.
