Just noticed mine has a crack in it and has misted up slightly, how easy are they to change ?

do you mean the rear light cluster . if so dead easy , screw in the boot opening & undo the knob inside the wing , thru the trim flap

if not which reflector ?

Right rear fog light and reflector. The ones in the bumper.

I've a hole in mine, its been like it for years. But now the bulbs out so I'll need to change mine also.
