Hello, I have a problem on my Seat Leon Cupra 1P 2007. The rear wiper and both washers are not working. I checked almost everything and have no idea what could be wrong. I found that also my 12V socket is not working and I on FUSES for WIPER and 12V socket is only a few mV. I cleaned the VCDS fault codes and wiper and flush were ok for 1 day... It is really strange but have no idea where I should continue. I check also the lever with VCDS and it is working fine. I have no voltage in the socket on the rear motor... just few mV but not 12V. I checked the cables in grommet and the cables looks ok. Any other idea what could be wrong and what should i try next?

So I found the solution and I want to let you know what was the issue on my car and maybe It can help you later. The process should be:
1. check and measure the fuses, also check if position 40, 41 and 42 has power. If you don't have multimeter, check if 12V socket is working.
2. check the cables from rear motor to J-socket in BCM and from BCM to washer pump
3. test the motor and washer with some external batery. I used 9V batery which you can buy in supermarket (it's enought for testing)
4. check wiper lever on VCDS, there is possible to check if there is a signal coming from wiper lever (like on/off)
5. if it's nothing from 2-4 point but you have problem also with 12V socket (1. point), then it's probably 99% bad Relay J59 (460) on possition B9 (look for KL75) in BCM. The main part of this problem is that there is a direct connection between rear wiper, washer pump and 12V socket. All these things are connected to J59 Relay (see attached wiring diagram)

PS: life would be easier if everyone who finds a solution to a problem could share it with others on the Forum.

yep, step 5. describes what you should do if you have problem also with 12V socket. Easiest way what you can do... buy a new Relay 460 and replace it. Possition in BCM B9. Look for inscription KL75 on BCM module. BCM is under the steering wheel.
