I am aware of three recalls on the Seat Ibiza. Also a recommended software fix for the ECU to cure 1.5 evo engine problems. Which most people report does not work.
First recall was a rear middle seat belt clasp oversensitive. Which could come undone when cornering with three people in the back seat.
Second recall is the handbrake cable can lose its tension I think dealer fix for this is just the addition of a locknut at the time you put the car in for it's service.
Third recall is the possibility of the air bags not inflating fast enough during an accident. However this only affects a very small number of cars produced for about a fortnight late Nov 2017 to very early Dec 2017. Not sure this one has been so well publicised as the first issue.
