Ref electrical problems

Just to let you know, I originally posted a thread in reference to my electrical problems regarding rear lights in the boot area. I found the problem it was a broken earth in the loom which sits in the rubber conduit which goes between the boot lid and rear wing area, The most disturbing thing was 4 other wires where nearly snapped also, Hope this helps anyone with similar symptons and could save a lot of money in the garage.

Are these the ones that come up the left of the boot into the tail gate?

Yes they are inside the black rubber conduit, i carefully cut mine to gain access
