Refurbishing Calipers?

It's all going a bit Pete Tonge on the rear calipers for the Cordy

After one of the calipers being "really" stiff to wind back in with only a pair of long nose pliers to hand I slipped and tore right through the rubber piston protector thing

So it looks like I need to get my rear calipers refurbed. I have a set of Golf VR6 rear calipers that look the same to send off, but anyone know anywhere I can send them and have them done?

I thought I'd seen a place that did exchange calipers pretty cheap. How much does it cost to have calipers exchanged?
