You won't get much if any power by adding a panel filter to a modern diesel. Did some logging a while ago with VAG-Com (MAF airflow, boost and torque) Standard vs Revo, with and without Green panel filter, and the panel filter made no noticeable difference on the plots. Going to do it again when the temps drop![]()
We had a Fabia VRS (PD130) on the rollers yesterday with a Green Cotton and PD160 intake which made over 140.
Yeah, but I read somewhere that most of the vag PD engines produce more bhp than the manufacturers claim straight out of the factory. Does anyone know if there is any truth in this?
