Remap on new Ibiza FR 1.5

Hello guys wondering if anyone has remapped their new Ibiza yet and if so what kind of experience you've had with it?
I bought the new 1.5 as a compromise between proper hot hatch and an economic car that's not boring to us as a daily driver. To be fair to it, it is just that. I have previously owned quicker cars and while I am really enjoying the Ibiza as an overall package, I think a wee bit more poke wouldn't go a miss.

No experience with that engine but I would say anything with a turbo is worth mapping

Guess you can have a look at mapping options for 1.5 EVO engines, that is across the VW range of cars, perhaps on the Golf or A3.

The old 1.4 150 ACT would be able to map to about 180, I don't see why the 1.5 wouldn't be able to do that as well. And as you have the manual, as far as I know, the gearbox wouldn't be the limiting factor.

Any car can be remapped but make sure you obtain the original file from the remapper and ask them to email it to you. Should any problems occur you can always get your car set back to standard. It's amazing how many times these files can go missing!!

I had mine looked at for remapping and said he could get it to 190 BHP. £450 tho... maybe once im used to the speed ill change
