I've considered removing my neuspeed intake due to the noise. Its great when you're making progress, but just pottering around its annoying having the noise on constantly at 2 - 3k rpm

If there was a way to silence it until on full throttle I would be happy :) (or at least make it quieter!)

That's exactly why I removed and sold mine.
They sound great when giving it a boot full but sound rough and annoying under normal driving.
The constant noise when on the motorway was what made me sell mine.

With my EvOMs intake I can drive and not know its there. Not sure why others aren't able to. It should be possible to drive without Darth Vader screaming at you.

EvOMs is a great intake, but most seem to go with ITG - possibly due to their affiliation with Revo.

So you can't hear a whoosh or the roar at normal speeds? Do you have the radio up quite loud :)

Just got my EVOMS intake fitted last week... got to be the first one in the Netherlands who has one i think. Thanks to the opinions and information that can be found here ;)

But i got to agree that even on normal speeds you can hear it quite loud... even between 1.5 to 2.5k revs
Love it when you give it some though :D
