Hi I'm new to this site I'm just want to see if there is any problems with turbos etc when remapping my seat Leon mk2 2.0tdi sport 140 .currently on 61k with full service and cambelt done at 51 k . Should this be a problem.also I've already de-cat and straight through exhaust
Any help on this I'd be grateful just wanting some more power :D

Remapping with a decat will give you some big boost, normally a standard turbo can withstand a simple remap. But with the decat your going to run a lot more boost than normal. I'd personally say it should be fine.

Turbos on the pd140 are prone to going hence the name 'toffee turbo' especially after a remap, should be alright if it's a proper remap and not just a crappy generic one.

You dont have a cat on the pd140 anyway they have a dpf so if thats been deleted the car has most likely already been remapped
