any one know a place in suffolk, norfolk or essex that i can get a remap? do i have to uprate any engine parts or just stick it straight on the rollers?

you live near me, best bet for you is AMD essex.
Personally before forking out for a remap i would change air flow in and out.
change air filter and exhaust before mapping for best results, if you have the money change boost pipes and fmic aswel youl see a much better result after the map, and wont have to pay out for another after youve added mods.

by fmic do u mean intercooler? the previous owner had already put a k&n filter on, i will change the boost hoses, does the exhaust really need doing? or will stock one b good?
