Remapping a 1.9tdi fr pd150

I have a 2005 seat Leon 1.9 tdi fr pd150 the only mods it has that I am aware of is a milltek exhaust system and a de cat I wanted to get a remap done but want to know where the best place to go is as I live in Luton and also what sort of bhp I will be getting out of it and if it will cause any problems I heard that if you go about 200bhp on the standard turbo it ant so good but I only want to go to 200bhp anyways
