Remapping North East?

Hi, I live in County Durham, does anyone have a recommendation for a North East-ish tuning company; stage 1 remap in mind for my mk1 180, also, have a forge dvalve 008 fitted now, which spring goes in after a stage 1, is it the yellow. Thanks. Complete noob btw.
