Dundee, Scotland
I have searched for remap info and the best one's seem to be Jabba, Revo or AMD only problem is jabba and amd are miles away from me (Dundee, Scotland) So that just leaves Revo..... or does anyone else have any thoughts on remap locally in Scotland (nearer Dundee the better)

Thanks

They are a bit expensive for remaps compared to some of the remappers in England, but if there is a problerm a least they are local.

As for their expertise, it can't be questioned, a few users have said that Jim can be grumpy on a off day but I have always had perfect service.

I just travelled to aberdeen to pick up a car that used to belong to my mate 3 years ago. At the time it had a charge cooler, K04 and remap by jabbasport, and went like a rocket while only boosting to 17psi. Now it has forge FMIC, k03s and remap by star performance (as done in scotland), boosts to 25psi and goes nowhere!!! I have had my mate who is an audi mechanic look at it and he says all the hardware is fine (k03s is brand new) so its probably a dodgy remap. Just trying to save up so i can take it to jabbasport again!

hey dont suppose its the cupra with the 20v turbo reg plate dark blue colour, guys from kingswell in aberdeen ??

remap

star performance do revo maps as far as i know . I am looking into getting a map also in scotland read a few had maps from angeltuning although genic map i think and starperformance will do revo for £300 and £40 pounds for rolling road ( thought they would have thrown in the rolling road for free if i was getting my car done by then ) Although i am in the process of shopping around .

There's also Ecotune in Hillington for APR software, they set the car up on the rolling road to make sure everything is spot on!

Fae dungdee? You should join up to scottishvag.net for local meets and that. Next one is on the 10th at south rd tesco. That's this Monday coming, starts about 7.30pm or so. Anything vag related is cool, mind you folk sometimes turn up in all sorts including a porsche 911 ha ha
