some may say lala land....
on previous threads that come up every winter, you can but its not recommended to have a car running on drive/road in case it should do something bad like drive or get nicked (insurance would laugh)
paper reports say people have been nicked by plod as its not allowed

Unless your key transponder gets scanned (ie key is next to the ignition barrel) the immobilizer wont let the engine run. Disabling the immobilizer to enable remote start isn't really worth the risk IMO.

I used to have remote start on my Corrado, it was ace.
