Removing Headlight unit.

Hi guys, I was changing one of my dipped lights the other day and stupidly dropped the LED lamp
So now i have a random LED lamp laying in my light diffuser!!
Is there any kind person that has a step by step review on how to remove the diffuser or the whole unit?
it would also give me a excuse to clean the diffuser haha.
I would upload a image but im not sure how?

yes its easy to remove the headlight its 4 bolts... remove and slides out

the thing that is the most pain ever is the headlight connector loom plug WATCH you do not snap the connector or you will be stuck I had to basically smash my plug to remove..(now replaced) but pain!!

there is a guide on how to disconnect them thow on youtube..

Ouch that wasn't fun I imagine! I found a video but it tells me to remove the bumper? Surely it's easier then that! Could you possibly get me the link mate?

thank you for your help! was such a easy task (time consuming though).
also decided to tint wrap the headlights whilst they where removed and im overwhelmed with the outcome! cheers guys!
