Removing Rear Seats - How?

Anyone know how to remove the rear seats. Mostly after removing the bench, but would also like to take the uprights out as well.

Had mine out a million Times, At work so cant post pictures


If you look in from the boot theres a black plastic cover, covering a hinge, Pull it off , Then theres a screw under that undo it, and then pull the black metal piece off.

Now the benches will simply slide off the prongs there one and pull out, one of them requires you to unbolt the seat belts.

The Bench bit of it just simply pulls off



I can take them out in about 15 minutes

Leave them out Thats what i did

Got two sets of Seat's sat in my spare bedroom

After a quick trip to the snap on man, and listening the the exhaust and road noise I've put them back in. It's not a track car you know.
