Replacement of rear wiper blade

I have Cupra Formentor from 2022 - and I need a clear guide to how to replace the rear wiper blade - any body knows this ?

I've never done it myself but I think I might need to soon. Was your blade just not doing a good job of wiping or did it have another problem? Mine is jumping in the up direction and also very noisy. It's very annoying.
