Retrofit TSR and ACC

Hi,

I've got a 2021 Cupra Leon e-Hybrid VZ3 (Sept 21), and was wondering if it was possible to retrofit or active ACC and the traffic sign recognition? It has the front radar / front camera for front assist and the lane assist already, wondered if it was something that can be coded?

Or would I need some replacement hardware?
