Hello ALL! First post so bear with me, been searching for answers to no avail, I know alot of you have seen this all before, but hope, with all your expert knowledge, can give a Newbie a hand....
I have an Ibiza Cupra 2002 Plate and had a Revo Remap last year.
From the figures they quote, my car should be putting out around 206BHP, but I had it on the rolling road last week and its only putting out 185....
It had a new MAF about 2 months ago, everything on the car is pretty much standard except a custom made Stainless Backbox (with loads of baffle in to keep it quiet) and Forge Split-R in atmos/recirc mode.
The cars done 50k, no fault codes in VAG COM, I just cant understand it!
Anyone have any ideas?

Sorry to be a pain, but could do with someones suggestions!
Took the car down to a different Dyno today (with a huge fan that nearly blew my legs from under me!), as i've had it serviced and bypassed the dump control valve.
Its given 182BHP at the fly @4224RPM and then really drops off, and compared to Revo's Graph on their website which shows peak power around 206BHP@5300rpm its peaking around 1000RPM lower. BUT its got all the Torque it should have 235lb ft@3432RPM, again with the peak torque around 1000RPM lower than it should be!
Its running exactly as it should up to 4200 RPM compared to Revo graph but then it seems like it runs out of puff and everything goes downhill.
I'm wandering if maybe its a boost leak at higher pressure?
On the other hand, do you think it could be the Bosch Super 4 Plugs that i have always had fitted in it?
Or the Splir R dump valve leaking pressure?
Its doing my head in, some suggestions please!
