060 & 032 against 001 and 115

Not a clue what im looking at here but I assume the big string of zeros in my lambda columns isnt good?

Did you clear any fault codes before logging?

Zero adaption looks weird.

Yes I did, shouldnt I of.. I did go for a 20-30min drive so it had time to adapt back. They were all zero's.

Could this be the primary lambda thats faulty?

This wouldnt effect boost atall though..

Do the throttle body logs look ok to you?

are those logs throttle to the floor?
block 003 will show a 100% when pedal is to the floor.. need to see that and 060 to see if the throttle is also opening.. which it is'nt fully on your logs if they're pedal to the floor.

reason for asking, is trying to correlate low g/s and high boost... and low power.. eg: thinking the turbo's pushing against a restriction (a non fully open throttle ) hence map sensor seeing high boost, but overall airflow being low.... 86% approx being its max open number (it wont go to 90-100 ever)

block 032 is adapted fuel trims, but clearing faultcodes zero's these numbers.
you can see activity on lambda adjust if its working properly (and any solenoid deletes have been done properly) will be adjusting on cruise and idle on block 001. If this shows zero's also, you have a wiring issue on one of the solenoids, as n249, n112, evap, etc if not there will prevent adaption from working at all

block 060 is the pair of throttle pots which work back to back..

Yes they were throttle to the floor. Ill double check tonight though.

I understand what your saying about there being a restriction in the system causing high pressure but low airflow, it can only be the TB as I have had all the pipework off recently and all was fine.

What would be causing it to only open 86%?

With block 032, surely after a 30 min drive I would see some adaption coming back..
You say about the solenoid deleltes being done properly.. they have all been done, but not by me so I dont know if they are correct.
Do they have to be fitted with a resistor aswell, as none of mine are..

 wow you no your stuff bill, maybe instead of going back to uni to do automotive engineer, should pay you instead lol

86% is max... it wont go to 100%, as throttle dont go 90degrees open

deletes without resistor mod (which I dont personally advise btw) which leave just plugs unconnected will prevent adaption period
