Right went to see Alex and he changed my settings to B9 T8 (still needs more timing) and here are the results.. I must say it feels a LOT better.
Me being an idiot and in a rush I forgot to log 003, ill do this tomorrow.

Just went out to do some 003 and 060 logs and now the throttle is 100% open all through the revs and it STILL holds 1.35 bar @6000+rpm... I think it could do with more spike aswell..

increasing the boost request is what I hoped might persuade the throttle to be fully open.. MBC vs ecu control not being at one was my thought..

180g/s is higher than before?
I dont get the holding boost at those rpms tho from a k03s... thet just dont manage that.

Is it decat or cat?

Miltek sports cat, and yes 180g/s is higher.. it seems to hold it from earlier on too, the car is noticably faster, but like you say it still holds mega amounts of boost

You've checked the obvious like blockage in the exhaust, think that's where Bill's pointing next... I know you've checked the IC piping but I know a friend of a tuner that told me a tuning company once left a blue rubber glove on the intecooler and put the pipe back on, the guy wonderd why his car ran like poo. Is it a standard actuator on the turbo or aftermarket? How wound in is the nut on it?

Yeah I had a feeling it was coming too,

Yes i was very aware of removing everything i used to block pipes off when putting it back togeather as I have heard storys like this too, (a friend actually left the plastic bungs in the inlets and outlets of his intercooler whilst fitting it and wondered why it didnt run lol)

Its a CRT actuator, its a garret copy i think.. they use them on most there turbos.. ill count the treads tonight, but as I said before the car runs perfect on partial throttle/boost and that is normally the telltale sign of a badly set up actuator.

I am thinking about going decat anyway so I will be taking the DP off soon and I will find out then if its blocked.
Appart from that its a straight pipe to the backbox and thats fine.

I dont get why youre gettin low flow at obviosuly high boost, plus your 114 logs look alright.

Have you sorted the resistors out yet?

I would be inclined to check DP for sure, especially if you have a cat something *could* have built up down there. As for the actuator I don't know about the CRT one, if it's a replica of a standard one I think it was 15 or 16 threads you want visable, someone can confirm that. Very odd though.

Still waiting for the resistors to arrive, I was speaking to Alex and he said that not having resistors only stop it from displaying adaption.. rather than not actually adapting atall..

Well it peaks g/s around the same time the injectors max.. maybe the g/s would climb more if it had more fueling..

What did yours max g/s Phil.. 190 something? I reckon with a bit more timing I could get it close to that..

Thinking about it though.. I cant see how backpressure in the exhaust would cause it to hold more boost.. I understand if it was in the induction system, but not the exhaust

funny enough when i just fitted my turbo back system , i went from spiking at 11 and holding at 8 psi to spiking at 13psi and at 10psi near redline without any map tweak on my lc

Yes so by reducing back pressure you have increased boost.. if my cat was blocked and I sorted it it would result in even MORE boost.. or am I wrong??

hmm.. really?
no activity on 001 and 032 wont update when they're not connected..
in my experience no logged activity is no activity (fueling wise)

Im not sure Bill I was just repeating what I was told.. What are your views on a blocked cat/exhaust causing it to hold more boost? I dont think this is possible is it?
