Correct, but I'm trying to offer some test options that may help diagnose this issue hence am interested to see if the g/s will drop with less boost or is it strangled for some other reason.
Also the new Maf you mentioned, is it genuine Bosch or OEM ( not an ebay clone!) , and 100% known to be the correct part number?
with a wastegate shut, and held shut, do you think a k03s is capable of flowing a sustained 1.4bar past 6krpm? Its not what they typically manage, is why I ask... the airflows k03s levels, but the reported held boost is very high, and in hybrid territory (which are k04's inside but with RS6 turbines), yet the flow does not match.
It shouts to me of some flow restriction..
the duty cycles max'ing at 4750rpm also is mighty odd
