Very nice ive fitted a few of that rs4 valves and they a pain in the c--k
I had spec 2 Pradas on mine with spax adjustables and larger H&R anti roll bars and it handled the power well

Yeah I'll be going for the 28 and 24mm ARBs like. What's are spax adjustables mate??

Im sure thats the anti roll bars I had they were also adjustable. Spax adjustables are coilovers with height and damping adjustment on them mate.
No diff just the car adjusted up soild also had the whole car poly bushed with a whiteline anti lift kit fitted to

Are coilovers really much more expensive than lowering springs and a white line anti lift kit?

Cam follower changed at 25k, was a bit worn but not that bad. Probs wasn't worth changing like lol
Goodyear eagle Assy 2 tyres arrived today, hope they live up to the hype!!!!
Will be getting these fitted next week and get the oil changed too.

Bought some sportlines to keep myself happy while I am deciding whether to go for coilovers or uprated dampers and springs.
Goodyear Eagle Assy 2's tyres going on the front on Tuesday, never thought I would be happy to have to change tyres lol, these p zeros are dog sh!t in the wet and average in the dry.
Actually I am being a bit harsh, they're half decent in the dry, that is as positive as I can be lol
Just waiting for exhaust to be sorted, should be about 2-3 weeks, gutted, was hoping to have it by now!

RS4 fuel return valve was used with a old Revo stage 2+ file to over come a flat point in the revs. Even though they aren't needed anymore people still fit they just incase.

I've got 1 sat at home waiting for when I go stage 2 +, I'm going to fit it when I fit the hpfp.
