shouldnt affect your insurance. My insurers are in the frame of mind that unless you increase the power you can bolt as much on as you want :)

That's HIC for ya.

Look's good. Is it going to be ready for show season?

bloody will, Insurers are not too happy about roll cages. For two reasons mainly, firstly they can give the driver a sense of being indestructable. But mainly as so many people have been injured by the roll cage during an accident, either by not wearing a seat belt or not wearing the correct sort of seatbelt, ie harness

I was just about to post about the insurance issue, they absolutley hate cages for the above mentioned reasons.

I would expect your insurance premium to increase a fair bit.

i have had a few cars with roll cages in and insured them with adrian flux and they have no problem insuring a car with a cage and was cheaper than insuring the same standard car with most other companies

I think it's just Adrian Flux being a modified car insurer. Alot of insurers wouldn't want to know with my car, but Adrian Flux gave me an excellent deal. Greenlight are meant to be good too.
