Just spent 20 minutes in the petrol station with the guy in the booth laughing at me.

One Google later

Then I can't get the cap back on. 10 minutes later. Half an hour to get 2 gallons of petrol. I also now hope it's not diesel.

Not sure. I can't see it. It's about the size of a watch face. I'll try and take a pic before I take it back.
