Have you got access to VAGCOM/VCDS? I think some logs are needed before changing anything further, you've covered a number of the usual suspects already.
Can anyone enlighten me as to why I can only get less than 60 miles out of £20? That's both driving sensibly and the odd play and running on shell vpower?
