I went out and bought some Audi TT comps for my car at the weekend,
Fitted them this morning and got major scrubbing problems now. My car now scrubs on bumps in the road I didn't even realise were there. :-(

Just wandering if anyone has the same issue and what did you do about it? To be honest my car isnt even that low which now means the obvious option is to raise the car (which I don't want to do as it'll sit to high)

Any ideas people?

When you say scrubbing do you mean it is grounding out on speed bumps or the tyres scrubbing on the wheel arch. If the latter could it be slightly different offsets on the alloys or tyre size or combination of both as it doesn't need much to cause the tyre to catch the inner wheel arches on suspension deflection. Depending on the offset you might some spacers to adjust the clearance sufficient as to not cause scrubbing.

Yeah basically the scrubbing is coming from the tyres catching the wheel arch. I have 205 x 40 on atm (same as my standard wheels which I had no problem at all) also got 20mm spacers on the rear so I could probably get away with taking the spacers off which will allow the rear wheels to have a bit more play within the arch but the fronts are really bad :-(. Its annoying that the mk4s dont have adjustable camber as that may of solved the problem.
