I've had this ticking noise for over a year now and it happens 90% of the time from the moment the car starts and persists.

I've had the water pump, timing and auxiliary belts changed this past month and the sound is still there, I don't know if it's perfectly normal to hear it or if something else is at play and needs looking at or replacing?
