No it's not, I also have a 1 litre 2021 Ibiza FR (the 110 PS model). I'd love to be able to do this, but unfortunately I wouldn't hold my breath about this becoming possible, though I do keep my eye on Autotuner updates about supported ECUs: https://www.autotuner.com/blogs/news

There are other ways of tuning the ECU, but I've not heard anything about Delphi GCM 7.4 ECU compatibility from any of them
