Seat Leon 1.6 diesel grinding noise while I idle

To whom may be reading this I have a seat Leon 1.6 diesel and it appears to be making an grinding noise while it starts up and is on idle, the grinding noise gets a bit worse while I drive I have a video of the noise it seems to be coming from the passenger side between the air condition and where the front windscreen is I don’t have any idea what is wrong with the car can anyone help me thanks.
