Seat Leon exhaust system blueprint

Hi there,
Does anyone have a copy of the exhaust system design for the Leon to hand? I just need to know the length of the bends etc as I plan to make my own system up.

I searched for 'Seat leon exhaust diagram' and can see diagrams but no dimensions.

I've got my whole original exhaust system in the shed somewhere what measurements do you need?

Just need to know the length of each section of the pipe from the catback, a rough idea of the angles of the two (iirc) pipe bends if possible as it goes over the rear axle.

So measure it in sections if possible, take a new measurement when you come to a bend

I only have a tape measure ?! will I be able to get what you need with that? ain't got anything to measure angles?

yeah lol just measure it in sections for me and take an overall picture with the measurements on if possible

That is absolutely brilliant just what I was after.

Looks like then from the decat to the end of the midbox 1 metre 2.5 inch stainless will do it, four bends and some additional stainless and I should be able to piece one together. I'll have the car up on the ramps so I can get it welded.


Big thanks for that Mo I'm not really keen on the £300 quote from my local Powerflow dealer to renew and upgrade my pipework.

What's the diameter of the pipework Mo?

Standard is 2.5 I think on lcr and 2.75 after Market
