Seat Leon FR Horn Issue

Hi guys ,

I bought recently a Seat Leon FR550 , 2.0 TDI with BMN engine , but I didn't test it properly and after two weeks I saw that the horn isn't working .
I checked the fuse 17 from engine fuse box and it's ok , I removed the horn and tested with a 12v power supply and is working ,when I press the horn switch there isn't any noise from relay or something.
My steering wheel controls isn't working as the car has a Xtrons android unit fitted and needs a module , could be this a problem ?

Can anyone tell me what should I check ?

I did check the 449 relay which is located under dashboard , it works tested on the bench .

I did a picture with relay location .

It seems like when I press the steering wheel switch it doesn't work , everything is alright . How can I change the switch ?

Do I need to get that steering wheel module to fix the horn ? Is it working together ?
