Seat Leon K1 missfire

Hi all!
I have a seat Leon K1 just recently put a CDL engine in, running fine for the past week no issues!
now I have a missfire under 10% throttle feels like constant spluttering and even WOT causes the spluttering only way I can describe it is like I’m running out of fuel! It only happens 1st 2nd and 3rd as soon as I get past those gears car works as normal.
I have currently replaced
-Coil packs to the red Audi R8 ones genuine also from awesome GTi
-Spark plugs
Genuine maf sensor
-genuine PCV valve
-a known working HPFP
-used diagnostics to make sure coolant sensor is reading correctly
I have booked into badger 5 to have my injectors checked, I’m wondering if the MAP is causing the issues as the CDL engine has more aggressive cams and few different things and that’s causing the issue?
Any input or has anyone had the same problems?

Error codes, fuel pressure?

First go and put fuel from another gas station. Secondly check your fuel pumps. The high and the low pump.
After this you must check injectors and how much carbon building the valves have.
Its good to put in the tank a fuel injector cleaner additive.
Last but not least Check your fuel filter very important!!! Don't miss this step.

Also tell us if your car is tuned and what program it have. Correct Mapping is also very crucial
