Seat Leon whirring and power loss on turbo

Hi guys, I got a seat Leon fr mk2 about 2 weeks ago upgraded from my seat ibiza fr and the turbo makes a slight whistle when under pressure however definitely noticeable. I've done a bit of research and it doesn't make a 'police' siren noise which I have seen posted and also a slight loss of power. I'm no expert at all I just don't want to get ripped by a garage as just bought a house and money is tight haha ?

Any suggestions and what to ask a dealer to do/for? After research the symptoms sound like a boost leak and I have a local seat/vw/audi garage near me I'm tempted to call. A tad upset as this car is amazing inside out but this is very frustrating.

Maybe go to another garage for diagnosis of the problem as the selling garage are probably likely to fob you off and say there is nothing wrong with it.

Put some wynnes diesel turbo cleaner and redex in the fuel cap and gunna see if that works, then the Mr muscle method. Failing that get a diagnosis on it. Would that be the best route? I just really don't wanna get ripped off and am skint atm and want my car running smooth!
