are there any Seat magazines that can be bought of the shelf? Or is it a case that VW magazines cover Seats? Just thought I’d ask as there’s a lot out there but never looked for a Seat mag before.

Im subscribed to VWG Magazine which covers all things VAG pretty much. It's a good read to see what others have done to their cars.

Just me that was disappointed in the last issue? Seems to be getting thinner, more adverts and less Seat.

Only car mag I buy nowadays is modern classic. Full of 80's and 90's hot hatches/performance saloons etc

Must say I've never seen a SEAT magazine... You may aswell just follow the forum Instagram account for any inspiration you want for your car haha

The VWG magazine started off promiseing but lets face it in this modern age magazines are dead.

I also found with VWG they were only interested in cars built or even supported by tuning companies, Spoke to them in depth about my Cupra but in the end they featured a car built and paid for my a tuning company rather than one that was paid for by a person. Supposed said company had paid VWG money to advertise in the mag.

I get a Porsche Club magazine every few months and a Porsche UK mag every few months, hardly every look at them.

Yeah, that's what I noticed too. 3-4 pages about a car. Then a full page advert for whichever tuning company did it. Tried contacting them a couple of times. Got nothing. Don't think I'll be resubscribing.

What would you actually want from a magazine? Just a car a month write up? Upcoming meets... I don't read car magazines so I'm out lol

Like a car meet but in print. Nosing round people's cars with pics. Lol.

Vwg cramp the real person stuff down into a few photos and a couple of captions or loads in small boxes. But basically they do like condensed readers rides. Coverage of meets (poorly) and reviews (read biased adverts) for new products.

Eg they'll write up a new set of roll bars or an intake. But not bother actually testing it to see if it's any good or does what it promises.

Actually years ago we did do a digital SEAT magazine for a few months but the uptake was poor so stopped it (circa 2012ish)

So a once a month thing with a forum car each quarter or something, then some previous photos of meets and some groups buys happening and forum sponsor deals... that sort of thing.

Obviously it would be digital only and pretty basic lol something I could look at in the future...
