seat mii sat nav/bluetooth

Can anyone help please, my wifes seat mii sport's sat nav/bluetooth unit has stopped charging
while in the cradle in the car - i have connected it to my laptop with a usb cable and it charges.

is it a fuse or anything else wrong

Clean the connectors where it plugs into the dash.
