SEAT Service report - Disc Check?

Hi, I've just had my Altea serviced and had new front pads fitted at my local SEAT dealer.

On the service report, What does the circled part of the report mean? Any ideas??

It looks like the condition of your rear discs and it hasn't been selected as anything judging by that report as it says "0". The rear brakes have been marked as green.

The (G), (A) and (R) will be abbreviations for Green, Amber or Red.
