Seat Sport Gearknob

Please help.

I am after the Seat Sport Gearknob part no 6L0064326A. I would like the Black leather top and allu bottom version.

However Seats £90 price tag seems expensive to me, and previous threads have suggested using IMG as they would discount the parts. However IMG have not replied to my email.

Any suggestions on how I can get a more realistic price would be appreciated.

IIRC we can no longer get parts from IMG Warrington but you can get them from Ted Johnson - Dealer Parts

You'll loose the red stitching on the gator but otherwise the LCR is no different.

Darren (ex Willoughbys) got mine and fitted it, maybe he swapped the gaitor over

The gator is no different, just the knob.... course they do one for the LCR, I have one, awesome they are..

Well I had a quick reply from Ted Johnson, no offence meant to him but this is still £84 pounds including the discount. Previous post suggested that this was available for £50 - £60 from IMG in the form of an Altae part. Ted Johnson says both parts are the same.

This seems too expensive to me so unless you have any other Ideas seems like my Knob will remain un tampered with.

That is quite a steep price for a new knob... aftermarket nobs generally look crap/chav though (Richbrook and the like) so if you're gonna change it, it must be the one to go for!

Anyone fancy putting up a picture of their knob (provided it's a sport one).
