Hello :)

I own a 2005 Seat Toledo 1.9 tdi,

When your driving for a while all off a sudden the ESP, ABS, Handbrake lights (flashing) will come on, and the speedometer will stop working i.e it wont show the speed but the car will carry on driving fine. Once you have turned it of and on again a steering wheel sign comes up which goes of for a while and then the ESP, ABS and Handbrake lights come on again!!

Now the ABS sensor has been replaced and so has a wheel hub or something but the problem still persists.

Now is it worth replacing the ABS pump? + Does the replacement module need coding?
:?

Hi mate, first thing to do is get it scanned with VCDS/ similar and see what fault codes you got and go from there. Don't just throw parts at it.

Mechanic replaced sensor, then hub, ruling them out, he thinks the last thing could be abs pump he did read it with a computer? :(

Im not sure what fault codes are stored but Mechanic says the only last thing it could be is ABS Pump/module? (replaced wheel hub and sensor, no luck) The ABS Light, ESP Light, (Flashing Hand Brake Light) all come up and the Speedometer stops working :(
