I've just had the car at our local Seat dealer and they have told me the secondary coolant pump is leaking and it's 19 days out of warranty and we have to pay, they want £650to fix this does anyone have the part number or had this issue before?

If you’ve owned the car since new and had your services at that dealer for that car you can ask the service manger to apply for a gesture of good will from seat on the repair where they will take care of a percentage of your repair. This is will not work it’s the first time you’ve used them tho. I have personally myself applied for that on a replacement engine that was 3 months out of warranty and got 80% of the cost covered by VW however this was for a customer who’d brought the car from us and has had all the service work done with us as a franchise for VW.
