Every 20k, that is the non platinum replacement plugs, e.g. bkur6et-10's... Everything you need to know is in the service manual if you have one...

I saw a service guide on here once, think it was taken off a VW does anyone have the link to this?

Shows everything you need to do service wise for every 5K of mileage??
