Model Year 25/26 SFD2 Write Block -VZ333 - Engine 01 Long Coding

Hello everyone,

I’m trying to code my 2025 VZ 333 (with Akrapovic exhaust) using the OBDeleven 3. I’ve successfully done the SFD unlock for Module 01, but the app won’t let me save any Long Coding changes.

I’m trying to update Byte 9 - Bit 2 to keep my exhaust flaps open permanently, but every time I try to write the change, I get "Access authorization required." I’ve tried the usual codes like 27971 with the hood popped, but the ECU rejects everything.

What I’ve tried so far:

• Hood is physically unlatched/popped
• Engine OFF, Ignition ON, Parking Brake set
• Selected Cupra mode
• Tried 27971, 20103, 12233, and 44595. All are rejected by the ECU

I sent an email to OBDEleven, but no responses so far. It feels like SFD2 is letting me look at the settings but won't let me touch them. Has anyone found a workaround for the 2025 ECUs, or are we just stuck waiting for a OBDEleven software update?

With SFD2 the liklihood is you won't be able to make any changes beyond what the manufacturer has already programed.
