Hi,if i buy a cable to go from my laptop to my diag socket on my car and download the shareware version of vag-com will i be able to speed the idle up or is that option only available in the full version,thank you.

Some engine control modules do support altering the idle speed via standard adaptation and this means it can be done with VAG-COM but only with the full version as saving adaptation channels is a function which isn't available in the shareware version.
