not everyones cup of tea, but i will be using plastidip on the wifes lc wheels, it goes on like a rubber membrane. either gun metal grey or black (both matt) but with blaze blue highlights (possibly) or their silver metaliciser.

i have used the black before on the wheels on my discovery and it stands up well, especially as its on the set with mud tyres and have been used off road.

you get a decent finish even brushing it on, and if you decide you don't like it, just pull it off.

search youtube for it (can't post a link from work :( ). its not the cheapest way, but still cheaper than someone painting the wheels for you.
 
not a LCR, but its sort of looks like one, apart from the rear bumper and front brembos

have you decided on what colour to do your wheels? i go tmine done at citypowercoaters in brum.. so not that far for you..

Yeah man ill be doing them black and hopefully fitting the coilovers today! Mixed reviews with city powder coaters though, my local bodyshop will be painting them for me.
