Im at work at the min and its got ebay blocked :(

LOL, thats a wise employer.

As for the translation. A lot of the sellers will have a much better grasp of English than we have of German.

When you see one you like, copy the auction number and view it from ebay UK, then highlight and copy the text into the babelfish translator, and iff you have any questions for the seller remember to keep them short and simple. Avoid contractions etc.
I usually send the question in english and a babelfish transaltion of it in the foreign language with 'excuse my German' added.
Often they will just reply in English but I like to try and 'ab-lay da lingo'. You can normally muddle through. Remember when you're searching to either do it from ebay.de or select 'worldwide' on ebay.uk. You could always try ebay spain too? ebay.es.
One last thing, you'll get more results searching on the sites individually if they use the 'international site visibility' charge like ebay.uk does. You'll also see sellers who dont normally ship outside of their country which can be helpful if you are looking for something very unusual.

I would never buy anything from Halfrauds

Its a stroke of a shop IMO

I neded a can to touch up my old nissan and they custom mixed it up charging a tenner a can and it was fecking crap. Totally different, not like its not aged like the original, just a bloody awful match.
I'm not saying non-seat paint won't always match, but don't let them mix it up for you ever. :-(

Looks good, I've just asked him this:

Hi,
Is this auction for the complete mirror assembly?
Will you ship to the UK?
Thanks
Gene.

Hallo,
Ist diese Auktion für den kompletten Spiegel? Versenden Sie in Großbritannien?
Danke.
Gene

As you say, his listing states postage to Germany only, but its worth asking.
If he won't ship to the UK then you should use the auction title (relevant bits) to search for others selling them. I would think that postage will be about £15

I got mine from german ebay, but you can't see anything out of it. Paid about 50 quid delivered. Go on german ebay and copy the address into uk ebay when your logged in and it will translate it, most of the sellers speak english too.
