seem to be having a problem logging in

ive waited 20mins untill group 24 shows all zero's.

when i try and log in, it refreshes screen, and in the top right hand corner shows " login lost due to dropped session"

any ideas what this could be, I got SKC from dealer on system.

SKC wrong.

You need to prefix the SKC with zero.

From the Rosstech website..

[Select]
[17 - Instruments]
[Login - 11]
Enter zero followed by the 4-digit SKC.
For example, if your SKC is 1234, enter 01234.
[Do It!]

I think that is what I had to do.

Tried it and no good.

Been offered help from a memeber on here next week. he is meant to have the equipment to read the skc's
